Timeframe for checking in and checking out: Please check in after 3:00p.m., and check out before 11:00a.m. On the eve of checking in, the hotel will confirm the accommodation with the lodgers who are going to check in.?? |

To cancel a reservation: If you cancel a reservation within 7 days before the date of checking in (including the day of checking in), 100% of the room price will be deducted to be the processing fee for reservation cancel. If you inform us to cancel a reservation one week before checking in, NT$ 1000 per room will be deducted to be the processing fee |

To change your reservation: Within 7 days before the date of checking in, NO acceptance of reservation change or reservation retention will be permitted. A single reservation can be changed for one time at most (The reservation can be retained for 3 months, if you have informed us 7 days prior to the date of checking in). After the reservation has been changed, NO acceptance of reservation cancel will be permitted. |
