NOTICE FOR STAYING
- Please do NOT waste water, because water supply is hard to be obtained in the mountains.??
- For the sake of public and personal safety, NO cooking within the room is permitted, nor can the utensils such as fuel gas or electric pot be carried here. Please be sure to comply with this rule.
- Please check in according to the stipulated number of people for each room. Extra NT$ 500 will be charged for each extra person.
- A child whose height is over 120cm will be deemed an adult; if not over 120cm, extra NT$ 200 of cleaning fee will be charged for each child (Please inform us in advance, for confirming the number of people).
- Note: The particular situations such as nationally-declared disasters do not subject to the limits. The lodgers who postpone should refer to the disaster declaration made by Nantou County Government.
NOTICE FOR BOOKING A RESERVATION
- Timeframe for checking in and checking out: Please check in after 3:00p.m., and check out before 11:00a.m. On the eve of checking in, the hotel will confirm the accommodation with the lodgers who are going to check in.??
- To cancel a reservation: If you cancel a reservation within 7 days before the date of checking in (including the day of checking in), 100% of the room price will be deducted to be the processing fee for reservation cancel. If you inform us to cancel a reservation one week before checking in, NT$ 1000 per room will be deducted to be the processing fee
- To change your reservation: Within 7 days before the date of checking in, NO acceptance of reservation change or reservation retention will be permitted. A single reservation can be changed for one time at most (The reservation can be retained for 3 months, if you have informed us 7 days prior to the date of checking in). After the reservation has been changed, NO acceptance of reservation cancel will be permitted.
- Handling for reservation cancel due to particular reasons (due to force majeure): If the location of the hotel for reservation happens to encounter any force majeure such as typhoon, earthquake, etc. on the day of reserved accommodation (the deciding principle is based on the situation determined by the county/city government of this hotel???s location), please inform this hotel???s customer service personnel via telephone.??
